    Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

    Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be laser engraved on each of the knives in this set.

    My go-to knives

    I gave this set as a gift, because these knives are the work horses in my kitchen. The fine thin blade of the paring knife slices and dices perfectly. The shape of the handle allows me to peel multiple apples with no finger fatigue. Been using Victorinox knives for more than 30 years!
