These SMS Terms govern the Swiss Knife Shop text-message program and are incorporated into our Terms of Service. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Swiss Knife Shop, including order confirmations and shipping notifications, abandoned-checkout reminders, review requests, product announcements, and promotional offers.

Consent

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorised user of, the mobile number you provide. You may not enrol a number that does not belong to you.

You provide consent by checking the SMS opt-in box on one of our sign-up forms, by texting our published keyword to our number, or by opting in at checkout. Opt-in boxes are never pre-checked, and consent to SMS is collected separately from consent to email.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to end marketing texts at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing messages. You may also use any unsubscribe link included in a message, or email customer.service@swissknifeshop.com.

Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages relating to an order you have placed. Alternative wording or requests sent through other channels may not be a reasonable means of opting out.

Supported carriers and delivery

Our program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control.

We may modify any telephone number or short code we use at any time and will notify you when we do. Messages you send to a number we have changed, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received.

Your privacy

Your mobile number and message history are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Our SMS program is operated through a third-party SMS provider acting as our service provider. We do not sell your mobile number.
