Returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside box will be returned to sender.
For a full refund or credit, items must be returned in re-saleable condition, including all parts and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Sorry, but we cannot take returns on engraved items unless we have made an error in the engraving.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance in facilitating the return or exchange. To make your return or exchange as easy as possible, we will assign your return an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number when you contact us. When placed on the outside of your parcel we are able to easily and quickly make the exchange or refund you requested when we receive your parcel.
Swiss Knife Shop will process your return in 3-5 business days after receipt of your parcel, and will immediately process a credit to your credit card. Items returned that are used or with missing parts or not in resalable original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
When will my credit appear on my account?
A merchandise refund credit can take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) taking into account the time it takes your bank to finalize your credit to your account.
