DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. All orders of $45 or more have the option of free standard shipping via the US Postal Service every day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed after 8:00 am, ET are generally processed the following business day. Orders for UN-ENGRAVED in stock items with standard shipping generally ship within 1-3 days. Orders for ENGRAVED, in-stock items with standard shipping are generally engraved and shipped within 5 business days. Upgraded shipping always expedites both the order processing & handling by Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's time in transit.
Shipping estimates do not include the day the order is shipped.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE?
We ship via US Postal Service or FedEx within the 48 continental states. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address, we will always use the US Postal Service to ship your order.
DO YOU OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY?
If you need 1 or 2 day delivery on Saturday, please call us with specific Saturday instructions. An additional Saturday delivery charge may apply.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, Swiss Knife Shop does NOT ship internationally.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each shipping destination.
* Be sure that ship-to addresses are accurate and complete (and include an apartment or unit number, if applicable). Orders that are returned to us may incur a $10 fee for re-shipment to corrected address.
No Hassle 90 Day Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Swiss Knife Shop. Most items can be easily exchanged or returned, provided they are not engraved, and are returned in a re-salable and unused condition (including box, manuals, and other accessories).
If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance in facilitating the return or exchange.
Complete return instructions are below.
PLEASE NOTE: For a full refund or credit, items must be returned in re-saleable condition, including all parts and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Sorry, but we cannot take returns on engraved items unless we have made an error in the engraving.
Return and Exchange Instructions
1. For all returns and exchanges, please contact Swiss Knife Shop by phone or email before sending your package.
2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions.
3. Follow the return or exchange instructions in the email that we send you, being sure to write the RMA on the outside of the parcel you are returning to us.
4. Swiss Knife Shop will process your return in 3-5 business days after receipt of your parcel, and will immediately process a credit to your credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: A merchandise refund credit can take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) and process the refund, taking into account the time it takes your bank to finalize the credit to your account.
Manufacturer Warranties & Repairs
Swiss Knife Shop accepts returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services at Swiss Knife Shop.
If you have an item with a manufacturer defect purchased over 90 days ago or from another retailer, please contact the manufacturer directly. Swiss Knife Shop is an authorized retailer for all of our brands, and therefore products purchased here are all eligible for manufacturer warranties.
