AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING

Since mid-December, the US Postal Service has been experiencing unprecedented delays in delivering packages due to a volume of over 800 million more packages than any other year, and COVID-related staff shortages.

IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER AT A SPECIFIC TIME, PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING TO ONE OF OUR EXPEDITED OPTIONS TO AVOID DELAYS.

While packages are taking much longer to reach their destinations than usual, the vast majority are being delivered safely.

In an attempt to keep things moving as much as possible, the US Postal Service is NOT conducting regular status scans. Packages, therefore, appear to be still awaiting pickup at our warehouse or stopped in one place for extended periods of time. This does NOT mean they are not moving, or that they are lost, just that they are not being as closely tracked.

We understand this is frustrating, and are doing all we can to get each and every order delivered in a timely manner. Again, if you do need fast delivery, please upgrade to one of our expedited shipping methods.

General Shipping Information

*** Due to circumstances beyond our control, the US Postal Service, our Standard Free Shipping method, is experiencing delivery delays this year. Please upgrade your shipping for any orders that are critical or time-sensitive.***

*At this time, the US Postal Service is not scanning packages as frequently as usual, and package progress is therefore not updating regularly. This does NOT mean your package is not moving through the system, or has not left New Hampshire, it simply means that it has not yet been scanned.

* Shipping estimates do not include the day the order is shipped.

* If you need 1 or 2 day delivery on Saturday, please call us with specific Saturday instructions. An additional Saturday delivery charge may apply.

* We ship via US Postal Service or FedEx within the 48 continental states. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address, we will always use the US Postal Service to ship your order. At this time, Swiss Knife Shop does NOT ship internationally. 

* Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each shipping destination.

* Be sure that ship-to addresses are accurate and complete (and include an apartment or unit number, if applicable). Orders that are returned to us may incur a $10 fee for re-shipment to corrected address.

* Due to our offer of free shipping, we have a $5.00 order minimum.

Free, No Hassle 90 Day Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Swiss Knife Shop. Most items can be easily exchanged or returned, provided they are not engraved, and are returned in a re-salable and unused condition (including box, manuals, and other accessories).

If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance in facilitating the return or exchange.

Complete return instructions are below.

PLEASE NOTE: For a full refund or credit, items must be returned in re-saleable condition, including all parts and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Sorry, but we cannot take returns on engraved items unless we have made an error in the engraving.

Return and Exchange Instructions

1. For all returns and exchanges, please contact Swiss Knife Shop by phone or email before sending your package.

2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label.

3. Follow the return or exchange instructions in the email that we send you, being sure to write the RMA on the outside of the parcel you are returning to us.

4. Swiss Knife Shop will process your return in 3-5 business days after receipt of your parcel, and will immediately process a credit to your credit card. 

PLEASE NOTE: A merchandise refund credit can take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) and process the refund, taking into account the time it takes your bank to finalize the credit to your account.

Returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside of the parcel will be returned to sender.

Manufacturer Warranties & Repairs

Swiss Knife Shop accepts returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services at Swiss Knife Shop.

If you have an item with a manufacturer defect purchased over 90 days ago or from another retailer, please contact the manufacturer directly. Swiss Knife Shop is an authorized retailer for all of our brands, and therefore products purchased here are all eligible for manufacturer warranties.
