Victorinox Swiss Modern carving fork has high carbon, stainless steel tines that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each fork is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The tines are then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.
