I called two weeks ago to talk to someone in customer service and they said they were gonna call me back which they never did. They told me that they were going to call the post office to check on the tracking which you can see and Line with the last entry of June 10 this is the last I have heard or seen.

I got too excited when I ordered this, and didn't realize it didn't have the toothpick and tweezers that the one I lost had ... But the quality of the knife is first class, the shipping was quick and the package arrived in good shape. Blade is very sharp from factory.

What a disappointment I just had returning from a vacation when opening my airplane stored luggage to find my small aluminum handle swiss army knife missing. That was a gem. I just loved that knife, I guess someone else will now love it. So sad.
