Shun Premium Kitchen Shears are a kitchen multi-tool no chef should be without. These high-carbon steel shears cut through anything from lobster tails to packing tape. A notch in the blade makes it easy to cut flower stems or thin poultry bones. For cleaning, the blades separate fully, and an interlock screw lets you adjust blade tension.
