It is made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel, and features end loops designed to penetrate just the flavorful outer skin of citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit. A larger loop along the side of the zester makes larger curlicues for festive garnishes.
The handle of the Parma Lemon Zester is triangular for a comfortable and secure grip, adding control to the tool. A hanging loop at the end of the handle allows for easy storage.
