GATCO Super Micro-X Knife Sharpener

The GATCO Super Micro-X Knife Sharpener is a compact touch-up knife sharpener that will bring the edge back to any knife, including serrated blades. The polymer housing holds two ceramic medium rods and two ceramic fine rods with a pre-set angle for accurate sharpening. It is small enough to throw into your bag, pocket or tackle box. 

The medium rods do the initial hard work, tackling rough or dull edges, while the fine rods add polish to the sharpened blade.

Slip-resistant rubber pads on both ends of the sharpener keep the Micro-X from sliding, and rubber finger grips on the sides ensure you have a firm grasp while working.

How to Use the GATCO Super Micro-X Knife Sharpener:

To sharpen your knife with the Micro-X, stand the sharpener it on the work surface with the medium rods facing up, and place the heel of your knife blade between the two medium (brown) sharpening rods and perpendicular to the work surface. Carefully draw your knife blade through the rods with a slicing motion from heel to tip. Repeat this 10 to 15 times. Once the blade is sharp, turn the sharpener over and repeat the same motions with the fine polishing rods on the other side.
