I love the Leatherman Squirt, and was sad when they discontinued it. Same goes for the Juice. Anyhow, the problem with the Squirt was it was a true keychain tool, but if you put it on your keychain, it was hassle to get off to use the actual tool. Problem solved!

The tool falls through. You could lose it if u don't put a ring on your tool

If it is indeed a Squirt and isn't holding your tool properly, you can give us a call at 866-438-7947 and we can arrange a return or exchange for the faulty sheath.
