The Buck 657 Pursuit Large Guthook Fixed Blade Knife was designed to be the ideal mid-range hunting knife designed for every hunter - from the novice to the experienced. This highly capable knife with a full tang is perfect for gutting as well as other field tasks.
The strong guthook blade, full tang construction and comfortable non-slip handle combine to make this an exceptional go to for your next hunting excursion or outdoor adventure.
The Large Pursuit Guthook's full tang handle gives this knife exceptional strength and control.
The blade of the Pursuit is made of Buck's standard 420HC stainless steel, as this material has wear resistance almost as strong as high carbon alloys, while also featuring corrosion resistance comparable to chromium stainless steels.
Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat-treating and testing process maximizes both of these advantages, and makes the blade easy to resharpen when needed. It is hardened through a rigorous heating, freezing and reheating process.
The handles of the 657 Large Pursuit Guthook are Glass Filled Nylon/Versaflex for superior grip, even in wet conditions.
Engraving: Up to 8 characters can be engraved on the side of the blade with the BUCK branding on the Buck 657 Pursuit Large Guthook Fixed Blade Knife.
