The 691 Buck Zipper Fixed Blade Knife is a guthook knife that works like a zipper. This no-nonsense knife designed for hunters was created by CJ Buck to have an edge angle and blade length that work in harmony. With a contoured textured rubber handle that offers exceptional grip, the Zipper makes gutting safe and easy.
The full tang blade of the Zipper is made of Buck's standard 420HC stainless steel, as this material has both exceptional corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is finished with Buck's Advanced Edge2x Blade Technology.
Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat-treating and testing process maximizes both of these advantages, and makes the blade easy to resharpen when needed. It is hardened through a rigorous heating, freezing and reheating process.
The handle of the 691 Zipper is textured rubber, which has great grip and is also easy to clean. A brass pommel and guard give the knife balance and beauty.
Engraving: Up to 8 characters can be engraved on the side of the blade with the BUCK branding on the 691 Buck Zipper Fixed Blade Knife.
