This small and practical knife's Bowie blade is made from D2 steel, known for its hardness and wear resistance. The useful, strong blade locks in place when open with a backlock mechanism.

The Boker Tree Brand Story
In the 17th century, the Boker family began a small hardware factory beneath a towering chestnut tree in Germany. This tree was incorporated into the Boker's first logo in the 1600s, and has remained an important brand symbol. Over the years, the Boker family expanded their business and moved to Solingen, the City of Blades, to begin the now-famous knife line with cutlery expert Hermann Heuser.
