Once the proof is approved, we'll send it over to production where we'll engrave or imprint it for you, and ship it to your door.

How Long Do Custom Corporate Orders Take?
From the time your proof is approved and your order is paid for, typical turn-around is 3 weeks. If you have a tighter deadline, please let us know and we will work with you to get your gifts in your hands as quickly as possible.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer volume discounts for custom orders of 25 pieces or more. We have price breaks at various quantities, and will be happy to provide a quote to you for the number of pieces you are looking to buy.
Do you charge for shipping corporate orders?
Our custom corporate orders include free ground shipping to a single address. If you need expedited shipping, or are looking to have your order shipped to multiple addresses,* please ask us about options.
*Please note, we are unable to ship each piece ordered to a separate address.
Are there set-up or other fees for corporate orders?
We do have a single, one-time setup fee to cover the cost of the preparation of your logo or image for the engraving or imprinting process. This is a flat fee for the entire order, and is waived for orders using the same artwork in the future for any reorders.
If your logo is not vector-ready and our team needs to work with it, there will also be a small fee for that process.
Other than that, you'll just pay the per-piece cost of the gifts.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom imprints and image engraving?
Custom imprints of logos, images, or fonts we don't offer as standard can be added to orders of 25 pieces or more. If you are looking to just add text in one of our standard fonts, there is no minimum order quantity.
Do you offer proofs before shipping custom orders?
We create a custom digital proof for all corporate orders, so you know what to expect. We'll work with you to get everything just right.
Upon your approval of the digital proof, we'll send your order to our production department & it will soon be on its way to you.
What image file formats do you accept for logos and images?
We need true vector files of your logo or image for engraving or printing. This includes EPS, TIFF and AI files. It does NOT include JPEGs, or JPEGs that have been re-saved as a vector.
If you don't have a vector-ready file of your logo, please let us know and we can often work with you to create the file, for a small additional fee.
What are your payment terms for Corporate Orders?
Once you have approved your digital proof, we will send an invoice by email that is payable by credit card online, or by check or wire transfer.
Once your invoice is paid, we will move your order to production.
We do require pre-payment, and do not offer terms.
