Never had a sheep's foot paring knife before, so I thought I would give this a try. It has the same sharpness and comfortable handle as the spear point, and seems to work well for what I have used it for.

These are the best knives EVER!!!! I am a florist and use this knife every day, all day, cutting tough stems and it never dulls!!!! Use them in the kitchen also of course. They are the best!!!!
