The classic paring knife with its tapered tip is ideal for carving out the eye of a potato or the blemishes on a peach. The handle is NSF approved, with minimal crevices to offer hospitality to bacteria.

    In the garden, these paring knives are ideal for making cuttings, as well as light pruning on soft material.

    The blades on each of these fixed blade knives are 3.25 inches in length. Choose from serrated or straight blades.

    MUST HAVE!!! My original Black

    MUST HAVE!!! My original Black Handle has over 30 years and never sharpened! Maybe I should have...but the Victorinox keeps cutting Steak, Vegetables, etc. with "Sublime" Ease. I give them as GIFTS and they SOON become household FAVORITES! Try just ONE or TWO and you will SOON buy TEN! Trust me, I collect knives...you CAN NOT go wrong with this "CLASSIC"!!
