The Case Seahorse Whittler Smooth Gray Bone Knife is a model exclusive to Case. It includes an assortment of blades perfectly suited for whittling. The large wharncliffe blade, which is made of heavy-gauge steel, is located on one end of the knife alone and gives the knife a seahorse-like shape when opened. At the other end of the handle are a pen blade and a coping blade for detail work.
This knife's Smooth Gray Bone handles have a sophisticated look, and they are finished with smooth polished nickel silver bolsters and a Case diamond-shaped shield.
The bone is made from the shin bone of Zebu cattle, a very rugged material. As the bone is a natural material, the handles of each of these knives are all unique and may not exactly match the image.
The knife's brass pinned construction not only add to the aesthetics of this knife, but also ensure its durability and long life.
The blades on this knife are made from stainless steel, which is tough enough to get the job done, corrosion resistant, and easy to resharpen after a hard day's work.
The Case Seahorse Whittler Smooth Gray Bone Knife is made in Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA from domestic and imported materials, and is backed by Case's limited lifetime warranty.
