The Buck 110 Slim Pro TRX Folding Hunter Knife is a new take on Buck's bestselling 110 knife. Designed for hunting, it is also a traditional everyday favorite featuring a razor sharp clip-point blade crafted from S30V stainless steel, a G10 handle, and a versatile deep carry pocket clip.
Besides the pocket clip, additions to the standard 110 include Torx screws that cover the standard rivet assembly, and dual thumbstuds that make it easy to open the blade with either hand.
The handles of the 110 Hunter are G10, a nearly indestructible resin laminate resistant to heat, cold, chemicals, impact and other harsh conditions.
The clip-point blade has a crescent tip that creates a thinner blade edge with a sharper point. This allows for detail work and cutting in tight spaces. It is also well-suited for creating punctures such as new holes in your belt.
When opened fully, the 3.75-inch blade on the 110 Slim Pro TRX Hunter locks safely into position with a lock back design. The lock is released by pushing down on the rocker visible on the top of the knife and folding the blade closed.
When closed, the knife is just 4.88-inches for convenient everyday carry. The integrated pocket clip is Cerakote coated, and it is removable and reversible.
The blade of the 110 Slim Pro TRX Hunter is made of S30V steel, which contains carbon as well as high amounts of Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium. In plain English, this combination of element results in an outstanding steel with exceptional edge retention and corrosion resistance. The blade is double-tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 59.5-61. It will hold its edge over time, and is strong enough that it may require professional sharpening.

The History of the Buck 110 Hunter
Determined to provide a safe, sturdy, portable folding knife that locked safely open for use, Al Buck created the 110 Hunter in 1963. The trick was to combine the convenience of a folding blade with the strength of a fixed blade, and he rose to the occasion with this reliable knife design that quickly became a bestseller.
