The Gourmet 4" Steak Knife by Wusthof slices through beef like butter. The straight lean edge makes cutting through any thick cut of meat effortlessly without damaging or tearing the meat itself.
Each knife in the Gourmet series by Wusthof-Trident is precisely cut from a single piece of high-quality, high-carbon steel with the latest state of the art laser technology. The steel used in this line is the same as that in the renowned Wusthof Classic and Classic Ikon forged series. The Gourmet line also features a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material • Polyoxymethylene (POM) • which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be custom laser engraved onto the blade of this Gourmet 4" Steak Knife.
