    Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

    Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be laser engraved on each of the knives in this set.

    Dead simple, very sharp serrated utility knife. Victorinox quality. The primary knives I use in the kitchen are a nikiri and paring knives (straight and hawkbill). I will definitely use this, but it will see less use than my primary knives.
