The Swiss Classic 4.5" Serrated Round Tip Paring Knife by Victorinox features an ergonomic handle that fits nicely in your hand, as well as a sharp serrated blade that holds its edge.
Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.
The contemporary handles of Swiss Classic knives are inspired by the patented Fibrox handles of Victorinox professional knives, which are the preferred tools of chefs around the world. Swiss Classic handles are NSF approved, with minimal crevices to offer hospitality to bacteria.
The serrated blade of this 4.5" round tip parer is perfect for slicing through tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables with tough skin and soft insides. These parers also make excellent steak knives.

I encountered an issue with the delivery system. My package was sent via USPS but was held at my local post office at customer request (presumably yours). I checked the tracking information and visited the local office, only found that the package was not there. According to the tracking, I was supposed to receive the item on October 27. Instead, it was held at the annex post office, not the post office mentioned in the tracking details. This confusion caused me to alter my plans and resulted in additional shipping fees $32 to send the knives before the party date.
