The Swiss Classic 3-Piece Paring Knife Set by Victorinox features a 3.25-inch Straight Blade Spear Point Parer, a 2.25-inch Bird's Beak Parer, and a 3.25-in Serrated Spear Point Parer, each with a black ergonomic handle that fits nicely in your hand and a sharp blade that holds its edge. These three knives are ideal for almost any small cutting or peeling task in the kitchen.

Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.The contemporary handles of Swiss Classic knives are inspired by the patented Fibrox handles of Victorinox professional knives, which are the preferred tools of chefs around the world. Swiss Classic handles are NSF approved, with minimal crevices to offer hospitality to bacteria.

Nice little blades, sharp but very thin. Worst though is the handles are small and cheap. I purchased these to go with my Fibrox knife set, but these are not in the same category/quality unfortunately. I was replacing my Cutco set with the Fibrox line because of the handles fitting better with my hands that have issues from age, but the Cutco versions of these specific knives are far better quality (longer and thicker blades and overall bigger handles). I do not have large hands for a guy, but even so these handles are small (a child could easily use them). It not really worth returning these or I would.
