The Pioneer X Swiss Army Knife by Victorinox improves on the ever-popular Pioneer Swiss Army knife with the addition of strong, sharp scissors. Packing 9 functions - from can opener to wire stripper, and now scissors - there is even more reason to make this iconic, Swiss-made multi-tool your companion for life.
Despite the much-awaited addition of scissors to the sleek and strong Pioneer, the Pioneer X signature styling and sleek Alox handles remain the same, and all at just 3.35 ounces.
Engraving: Up to 8 characters can be laser engraved on the back panel of the Pioneer X, up to 10 characters can be engraved on the shield side, in addition to 10 on either side of the main blade.

I have had A Victorinox knife of one sort or another for over 40 years. I usually have to replace a lost one. I still have my old one (this time) but I wanted a new one to reide in a travel kit. Best little scissors out there.

This SAK has every tool that I need. The two most important tools for me is the scissors and reasonable sized blade. It also has a flat head screwdriver and a 2 dimensional Philip screwdriver. For me this the complete package. I also like the look of the alox scales.

Very disappointed in my purchase no more brass liners. And tools are thicker than my last one. Sharp edges where they shouldn’t be in parts are loose. What the hell is going on?

I have five different Victorinox knives and love them all. This one I keep in my desk drawer. My favorite is the Cadet Alox, but I won't part with any of them, and if I lost one I would replace it right away. I can't say the same for my Benchmade, Spiderco, or TRM knives. I own about 20 knives.

Wanted one of these for years. I have many more Swiss Army knives. All are superb and some are many years old but still good as new
