The knife is exactly as expected, and I am happy with it - 100% as promised. I ended up having to contact SKS regarding the delivery of this purchase. After 10 days+ of silence, it seemed time to reach out. It turns out that the order was hung up in their system. Once I contacted them, they were VERY responsive and solved the problem immediately - great customer service with a lot of apologies. I'll purchase from SKS again in the future for sure.

So far I've been unable to gi e this gift as I'm still waiting g for the gift bag. On my oder the 2 gift bags were left off. Nov 28th I contacted cs who stated they were to be mailed. On Dec 8 still nothing to I contacted cs again for a tracking number and was told they had not been mailed yet and I would get an email with the tracking number when they were mailed. Now Dec 12,still no gift bags for the 2 items I purchased and still no email confirmation that they have even been mailed. Great products but horrible review before shipping items and customer support. Will update if ever receive the 2 bags I've paid for.
