  • The Hinoki Cutting Board by Shun is made of hinoki wood, which as been prized in Japan for its beauty, fragrance and antibacterial qualities. The medium-soft wood "gives" as you cut, helping preserve the delicate edges of your fine Shun cutlery. The light-colored wood features a rich, straight grain and a pleasant, fresh scent. The cutting board provides a comfortable 15.75" x 10.75" surface. The wood for this product is grown in Japan and is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified for sustainable forest management practices.

    Engraving: Up to 18 characters can be custom laser engraved on this elegant Hinoki Cutting Board.
