  • Description
  • The Opinel No.07 Garlic and Chestnut Folding Knife is has a small, curved, pointed blade with a snub nose designed specifically to pierce and peel chestnuts and garlic cloves, and remove the pits from stone fruits such as apricots and plums. Not just for cooking, this knife is also an excellent wood whittling tool. It's unique blade shape is perfect for small, precise cuts.

The blade of the No.07 Garlic Knife is made from high-quality European stainless steel. It is hardened to a Rockwell Hardness of 55-57, optimized to ensure corrosion resistance and superior performance. The razor-sharp blade holds its edge, even when used with hard materials, ensuring a lifetime of performance.

Crafted in the French Alps, this folding pocket knife features a varnished beechwood handle made from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests in France. It is contoured for a comfortable grip.

The blade locks open for use or closed between jobs with Opinel's patented Virobloc safety ring, which is a stainless steel ring that rotates into position and keeps the blade securely in place.

    Caring for your Opinel Knife:
Hand wash only. Do not immerse your knife in water, as this could warp the wooden handle. Dry the blade before closing.
