The blade of the No.07 Garlic Knife is made from high-quality European stainless steel. It is hardened to a Rockwell Hardness of 55-57, optimized to ensure corrosion resistance and superior performance. The razor-sharp blade holds its edge, even when used with hard materials, ensuring a lifetime of performance.
Crafted in the French Alps, this folding pocket knife features a varnished beechwood handle made from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests in France. It is contoured for a comfortable grip.
The blade locks open for use or closed between jobs with Opinel's patented Virobloc safety ring, which is a stainless steel ring that rotates into position and keeps the blade securely in place.
