  • The Messermeister 6-inch Folding Chef's Knife was designed for the adventurous chef who wants to take their cooking skills off the grid. Inspired by Chef Adam Glick, this knife is made from German steel and has a sustainably harvested carbonized maple wood handle.

    The folding blade of this knife locks open with a liner lock system to keep it firmly in place while the knife is in use. It is made from German 56 CRC steel with a flat grind, a 15-degree blade angle, and a satin finish.

    Whether you're a leftie or a righty, this ambidextrous knife will be comfortable during your meal prep under the open skies.

    Engraving: Up to 10 characters can be custom laser engraved onto the blade of this chef's knife.
