Buck Legacy Collection 501 Squire 2022 Limited Edition Folding Knife

The Buck Legacy Collection 501 Squire Knife is a unique, limited edition version of the classic 501 Squire created for the year 2022. The Legacy Collection Squire has the same form factor as the standard 501, but is upgraded with S35VN steel and a Black Burlap Micarta handle with nickel silver bolsters.

This stunning heirloom piece is stamped with a date code, and will only be produced in the year 2022.

The drop-point blade is strong and versatile. It is full bellied and has a thick point for heavy cutting jobs. The drop shape from the top of the blade to the tip minimizes accidental punctures. When opened fully, the 2.75-inch blade on the 501 locks safely into position with a lock back design. When closed, the knife is 3.75-inches long. 

The blade of the Legacy Collection 501 Knife is made of martensitic S35VN stainless steel. (Martensitic is a stainless steel with added carbon. It is composed of chromium deposits with no nickel fractions, and is valued for its exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.) The steel used to craft the blade of the Legacy 501 is hardened to a Rockwell rating of 59-61 for optimal performance using Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat-treating and testing process.

When the blade is fully opened, it locks securely into place. The lock is released by pushing down on the rocker visible on the top of the knife and folding the blade closed.

The handles of the The 501 Squire Knife are Black Burlap Micarta with nickel silver bolsters. They are both durable and beautiful.

The 501 Squire comes with a genuine leather belt sheath for convenient everyday carry.
