This accessory has been available for years, and expands the versatility of the tool. When used in light to medium duty applications bits in the bit kit work fairly well. The steel is to soft to be used in a heavy duty or high stress application ( drill driver, impact tool, etc. ). In these applications the proper dedicated tool would be the tool of choice. This kit is great to have on board for the extensive selection of types and sizes it offers in bit selection to accommodate a large variety of fasteners. Used as intended and within the parameters for which it was designed the bit kit will get the job done...keep in mind tools of this type will eventually wear out, and require replacement. Thank you.
