The Signature 5" Serrated Utility Knife is a medium-sized knife with a scalloped edge perfect for foods with a tough outside and a soft center like tomatoes and small rolls. It is also practical for sausages, cheeses and sandwiches.
The Signature 8" Chef's Knife is great for chopping, dicing, bias cutting and slicing. Rocking the knife handle of this all-purpose knife up and down, with the fingers of your other hand resting lightly on the back of the blade, towards the tip, makes short work of many cutting tasks.
The Zwilling TWIN Signature line of precision stamped cutlery by Zwilling J.A. Henckels is designed with the demanding new chef in mind. Each piece in the TWIN Signature line is precision-stamped in Germany from stainless steel that has an ideal balance of chromium and carbon content. As with all FRIODUR Henckels knives, the blades of the knives in this collection have been ice-hardened to enhance their quality. Though TWIN Signature knives are dishwasher safe, it is highly recommended that they be cleaned by hand.
