The Zwilling TWIN Gourmet 2-Piece Prep Knife Set includes a 5.5" Straight Edge Prep Knife and a 5.5" Serrated Prep Knife. Both of the knives in this set are versatile medium-sized knives perfect for those jobs too big for a paring knife, and too small for a large chef's knife.
The teeth on the serrated knife blade make it exceptionally good at slicing fruits and vegetables with tough skin and soft interiors without squishing them. The serrated knife is also a great choice for slicing smaller pieces of meat without tearing. The straight edge of the second knife in this set makes smooth, clean cuts and is ideal for slicing onions and other tough vegetables, as well as mincing herbs and other fine work.
