The Signature 2.5" Peeling Knife is a small knife with a firm tip designed to peel potatoes, fruit and vegetables, as well as cut out spots and blemishes.

The Signature 4" Paring / Utility Knife and Signature 4.5" Utility Knife are small, light and handy knives with slim blades and center tips. These knives act as the extension of the hand for small jobs, and peels, cuts, cleans and garnishes fruits and vegetables easily.

The Signature 4.5" Steak Knives (8 count) allows for easy cutting, making these knives a must have not only for steak but for any type of meat.

The Signature 5" Serrated Utility Knife is a medium-sized knife with a scalloped edge perfect for foods with a tough outside and a soft center like tomatoes and small rolls. It is also practical for sausages, cheeses and sandwiches.

The Signature 6" Utility / Sandwich Knife is ideal for cutting a variety of medium density foods, including sandwiches, meats, fruits and vegetables.

The Signature 7" Santoku Hollow Edge Knife is an all purpose knife for slicing and chopping. The specially contoured edge is perfect for cutting vegetables, and the wide blade doubles as a spatula. The hollow edge allows air between the blade and the item being cut for extra thin cutting.

The Signature 8" Bread Knife is ideal for cutting cutting bread or any other soft food with a tough skin or crust.

The Zwilling TWIN Signature line of precision stamped cutlery by Zwilling J.A. Henckels is designed with the demanding new chef in mind. Each piece in the TWIN Signature line is precision-stamped in Germany from stainless steel that has an ideal balance of chromium and carbon content. As with all FRIODUR Henckels knives, the blades of the knives in this collection have been ice-hardened to enhance their quality. The result of this patented process is a blade that is especially flexible and resistant to rusting, corrosion, staining and pitting. The blade has a full tang, adding to the balance and strength of the piece.

Though TWIN Signature knives are dishwasher safe, it is highly recommended that they be cleaned by hand.
