Peugeot now offers the patented u'Select system, which has several pre-selectable grind settings. Just turn the ring at the base of the mill and select one of the positions, each one corresponds to a consistent grind size. You are assured the grind will be the perfect match for each dish.
Which Salt Is Best in a Peugeot Salt Mill?
For best results, use salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (0.16"). The mill is designed for dry coarse salt, dry sea salt or rock salt. Do not use this mill with wet sea salt.
