The Buck 658 Folding Pursuit Pro Small Knife is durable, highly visible, light fixed blade knife with a sure grip handle. The included heavy-duty sheath makes it easy to keep your knife by your side outdoors or as you go about your everyday tasks.
The drop point shape of this knife means it is full bellied, and has a strong, thick point that makes it rugged enough for heavy tasks. The top of this strong, versatile blade drops down toward the tip, minimizing accidental punctures.
The blade of the 658 Pursuit Pro is made of S35VN stainless steel, which provides the same edge retention as S30V, but is easier to resharpen for sharpening in the field or on the go.
Buck's exclusive Paul Bos heat-treating and testing process maximizes both of these advantages, and makes the blade easy to resharpen when needed. It is hardened to a Rockwell Hardness of RC58 through a rigorous heating, freezing and reheating process.
The handle of the Buck 658 Pursuit Pro is glass-filled nylon/Versaflex in a highly visible orange. It is comfortable, and provides a secure grip, even when wet.
