The Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 10 1/4-inch Serrated Baker's Bread and Cake Knife with White Fibrox Handle features a white Fibrox handle and extremely sharp blade that holds its edge.
The patented Fibrox handle is dishwasher safe and slip resistant, even when wet. It is also NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved, as crevices that would offer hospitality to bacteria are minimized. As with all R.H. Forschner knives, the handle is ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provides a natural fit.
Made from the same material as Forschner's ergonomic black Fibrox, the white Fibrox handles offer a sanitary view that is necessary for hospital and school kitchens, large food service institutions and governmental contracts.
The white Fibrox cutlery collection by Forschner features the same reliable blades you have come to expect from Victorinox.
