While we offer free shipping on everything we sell, it may be necessary for you to upgrade your shipping method according to our schedule above to get your order in time for holiday giving. Orders with free shipping are sent via US Postal Service's First Class Mail, which is not time-definite.*
If you are placing an order for holiday giving, please follow the holiday shipping schedule above. During the holiday season, orders expedited according to the holiday shipping schedule receive priority. Upgraded shipping expedites the order processing and handling time at Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's delivery time.
We want to do everything we can to get your gift to you on time.
*Orders over $100 are upgraded to US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground for delivery within the continental US at no charge. Choose "USPS First Class" at checkout, and we will automatically upgrade your order to USPS Priority or UPS Ground. (All $100+ orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.)
UPGRADED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Upgraded shipping options for shipment within the continental United States:
- USPS Priority Mail: $8 (1-5 day transit time based on shipping distance from New Hampshire)
- UPS Ground: $8 (1-5 day transit time guaranteed based on shipping distance from New Hampshire)
- UPS 3-Day Select: $12 (3 day weekday transit time)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: $19 (2 day weekday transit time)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: $29 (overnight weekday transit time)
Shipping delivery estimates do not include the day the order is shipped.
If you need UPS delivery on Saturday, please call us with specific Saturday instructions. An additional Saturday delivery charge applies.
All orders have the option of free shipping via US Postal Service First Class mail, regardless of order value, but please note that First Class mail is not time-definite - when we ship by First Class, we have no control over delivery date.
If you need your order within a specific timeframe, we recommend you choose an upgraded shipping option to better assure timely delivery. We offer shipping upgrades at simple fixed cost, regardless of the size of your order. Upgraded shipping expedites both the order processing & handling by Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's delivery time.
NOTES ON SHIPPING
- Orders placed after 8:30 am, ET are generally processed the following business day.
- UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. Enter a physical address if your order will be shipped via UPS.
- UPS does not deliver on Saturday (unless you call us with specific Saturday instructions for an additional charge).
- We use UPS within 48 states only. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address, we will use the US Postal Service to ship your order.
- Be sure that ship-to addresses are accurate and complete (and include an apartment or unit number, if applicable). Orders that are returned to us may incur a $10 fee for re-shipment to corrected address.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 8:30 am, ET are generally processed the following business day. Orders with UPS expedited shipping generally ship the same day the order is processed.
- Orders for in-stock, unengraved items ship within 1-3 business days during the regular season, but over the holidays, shipping times are extended. Please see our Holiday Shipping Schedule above to ensure holiday delivery.
- Orders for engraved, in-stock items ship within 5 business days during the regular season, but over the holidays, engraving and shipping times are extended. Please see our Holiday Shipping Schedule above to ensure holiday delivery.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email when your order is processed.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping destination.

Do you ship to my country?
At this time the Swiss Knife Shop ships to the U.S. only, including APOs.
Shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska, etc. will be available at checkout once you have entered the shipping destination zip code.
