All orders have the option of Standard Free Shipping, but please note that Standard Shipping is not time-definite. If you need your order within a specific timeframe, we recommend you choose an upgraded shipping option (see above) to better assure timely delivery.
We offer shipping upgrades at simple fixed cost, regardless of the size of your order. Upgraded shipping always expedites both the order processing & handling by Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's time in transit.

When will my order ship?
If you are placing an order for holiday giving, please follow the holiday shipping schedule above. During the holiday season, orders expedited according to the holiday shipping schedule receive priority. Upgraded shipping expedites the order processing and handling time at Swiss Knife Shop, as well as the carrier's delivery time.
We will ship orders in the order they are received during the holiday season, with priority given to those orders upgraded according to our schedule. Processing, engraving and shipping times are longer at this time of year due to increased volume, but orders upgraded according to our holiday schedule will be shipped in time for delivery by December 24th.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email when your order is processed.
