Free Shipping - Every Order, Every Day.

All orders have the option of Standard Free Shipping, but please note that Standard Shipping is not time-definite. If you need your order within a specific timeframe, we recommend you choose an upgraded shipping option (see above) to better assure timely delivery. 

We offer shipping upgrades at simple fixed cost, regardless of the size of your order. Upgraded shipping always expedites both the order processing & handling by Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's time in transit.


Notes on Shipping.

  • Orders placed after 8:30 am, ET are generally processed the following business day.
  • Shipping estimates do not include the day the order is shipped.
  • We ship via US Postal Service or UPS within the 48 continental states. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address, we will always use the US Postal Service to ship your order.
  • Be sure that ship-to addresses are accurate and complete (and include an apartment or unit number, if applicable). Orders that are returned to us may incur a $10 fee for re-shipment to corrected address.
  • If you need 1 or 2 day delivery on Saturday, please call us with specific Saturday instructions. An additional Saturday delivery charge may apply.
  • Due to our offer of free shipping, we have a $5.00 order minimum.

Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 8:30 am, ET are generally processed the following business day. Orders with 1, 2 or 3 day upgraded shipping generally ship the same day the order is processed.

  • Orders for in-stock, unengraved items ship within 1-3 business days. 
  • Orders for engraved, in-stock items ship within 5 business days.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email when your order is processed.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping destination.

Has my order shipped?

Do you ship to my country?
At this time the Swiss Knife Shop ships to the U.S. only, including APOs. 
Shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska, etc. will be available at checkout once you have entered the shipping destination zip code.
