  • The Zwilling TWIN Grip 3.5" Paring Knife by J.A. Henckels is ideal for cleaning, paring, peeling and slicing small fruits and vegetables, and creating garnishes. It is a very efficient extension of your thumb and finger, and thus provides very good leverage, allowing for very intricate work. Its ergonomic, textured handle makes sure your grip remains firm even in wet conditions.

    Each TWIN Grip by Zwilling J.A. Henckels knife is made in Spain from stainless steel that has an ideal balance of chromium and carbon content. As with all FRIODUR Henckels knives, the blades of the knives in this collection have been ice-hardened to enhance their quality. The result of this patented process is a blade that is especially flexible and resistant to rusting, corrosion, staining and pitting.

    Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be custom laser engraved on to the blade of the TWIN Grip 3.5" Paring Knife.

    Features of the TWIN Grip 3.5" Paring Knife:

    • Blades are stamped from high-carbon stainless steel.
    • Zwilling's Friodur ice-hardening technique results in a harder, sharper blade that is corrosion resistant and highly elastic.
