Victorinox Classic 6-Piece Paring Set with Nylon Handles

The Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 6-Piece Paring Set features 6 Forschner knives with nylon handles and extremely sharp blades that holds their edges.

As with all R.H. Forschner knives, the handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provide a natural fit.

This paring set includes:

• 4.5-inch serrated tomato knife
• 3.5-inch straight paring knife
• 3.25-inch wavy paring knife
• 3.25-inch straight sheep's foot knife
• 3.25-inch wavy sheep's foot knife
• 2.5-inch vegetable peeler

Forschner knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be laser engraved on the 4.5" serrated tomato knife in this set.
