This Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 4-Piece Paring Knife Utility Set features three paring knives with Polypropylene handles and a 6" x 9" cutting board. As with all paring knives by Forschner, crevices that would offer hospitality to bacteria are minimized, and the handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provide a natural fit.

Forschner knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be laser engraved on the 4" Utility Knife in this set.
