It works good. I expected a tweezers but was not sure what a cuticle cutter would be like. It was very much like a tiny fish pin bone tweezers, But with sharpened and slightly offset edges that work like a doctors callus nippers but smaller, Those blades cut cuticles flush with skin or nail surface. So it works well on the broken, or over thick cuticles and hangnails. I would recommend it.
