While we offer free shipping on everything we sell, it may be necessary for you to upgrade your shipping method according to our schedule above to get your order in time for holiday giving. Orders with free shipping are sent via US Postal Service's First Class Mail, which is not time-definite.*

If you are placing an order for holiday giving, please follow the holiday shipping schedule above. During the holiday season, orders expedited according to the holiday shipping schedule receive priority. Upgraded shipping expedites the order processing and handling time at Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's delivery time.

We want to do everything we can to get your gift to you on time.

*Orders over $100 are upgraded to US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground for delivery within the continental US at no charge. Choose "USPS First Class" at checkout, and we will automatically upgrade your order to USPS Priority or UPS Ground. (All $100+ orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.)

Free Holiday Returns at Swiss Knife Shop

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your purchase. We offer free, no hassle returns for 90 days after purchase.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please review our complete Return Policy and contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and to request your prepaid return label.

Returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside box will be returned to sender.

Please Note: For a full refund or credit, items must be returned in resalable condition, including all parts, and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Sorry, but we cannot take returns on engraved items unless we have made an error in the engraving.
