The Zest 3-inch Spear Point Paring Knife by Wusthof takes a legendary classic and gives it color! This remodel of the classic spear point parer adds a vibrant, contoured polypropylene handle to the tried and true stamped, high-carbon stainless steel blade known to Wusthof. This lightweight, colorful knife is ideal for precise cuts. The short, straight blade makes it perfect for mincing as well as cleaning and cutting fruits and vegetables.

Engraving: Up to 6 characters can be custom laser engraved onto the blade of the Zest 3" Spear Point Paring Knife by Wusthof.

Each Wusthof knife is now made with PEtec, a state of the art technology featuring a computer controlled method for creating a razor sharp, long lasting edge. This technology measures the blade before sharpening, and calculates the exact angle of 14 degrees per side (for a total of 28 degrees) for each blade. The blade is then sharpened on a whetstone using precision robots. The result is an optimum cutting edge along the entire length of the blade, resulting in an extremely high initial cutting potential and exceptionally long edge retention.
