Victorinox Classic 7-Piece Garnishing Kit with Nylon Handles

SKU: VF46550

MSRP: $98.00

The Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 7-Piece Garnishing Kitfeatures 6 Forschner garnishing tools with nylon handles and a black canvas carrying case with the R.H. Forschner logo in white.

As with all R.H. Forschner knives, the handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provide a natural fit.

This garnishing kit includes:

  • Vegetable peeler
  • Butter curler
  • Fruit decorator
  • Channel knife
  • Melon baller
  • Lemon zester
  • Canvas roll

Forschner knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

*What happened to R.H. Forschner Cutlery? R.H. Forschner by Victorinox kitchen cutlery is now Victorinox cutlery. Only the name has changed. The quality, Swiss-made blades and safe, ergonomic Fibrox handles remain the same.

Swiss-made • Lifetime Warranty
