The Paris Classic 4.5" Steak Knife by Peugeot features a sharp straight-edge blade that will easily cut through any steak or other meat without tearing.

The Paris Classic line of knives features a unique hardness and angle ideal for each type of knife. The steak knife has a 28-degree angle to slice cleanly through even the toughest steak. The steel has a hardness of 59 HRC for exceptional edge retention meal after meal.

This knife is entirely made in Thiers, France, the cradle of fine French cutlery. It is forged from a high-quality stainless steel alloy, Nitrox Steel, which contains 16% chromium steel, resulting in a blade with unprecedented corrosion resistance.

The ABS handle of each Paris Classic knife is designed to be comfortable in the hand, easy to maintain, and stylish. It features an inlaid metal Peugeot lion head emblem, and it is a nice compliment to the Paris line of mills, also by Peugeot. The forged bolster gives this knife perfect balance.
