The Victorinox 3-Piece Cheese Knife Set features the three knives you need for a well-rounded cheese plate. The parmesan knife is suitable for semi-hard cheeses, and has a forked tip for picking up and serving thin slices of cheese, as well as olives and fruit. The perforated semi-hard cheese knife is ideal for cheddar and other semi-hard cheeses that stick to the blades of traditional knives. The perforations separate the cheese from the blade, and allow it to fall of the blade effortlessly. Finally, the soft-cheese knife easily cuts through rinds on cheeses such as brie without crushing the soft cheese inside. The shape of the blade also makes this knife well-suited for spreading soft cheeses onto crackers.
The blades of these cheese knives are high-carbon stainless steel laser tested to ensure optimum sharpness and durability. The triple-rivet handles are lightweight, yet well balanced.
Engraving: Up to 8 characters can be laser engraved on the blade of the Parmesan knife in this set.
