EvoGrip the next progression in knife scales. Review by eTripper

Recently purchased the 'EvoGrip 18' from Wenger, and must report I'm glad I did. The rubber inserts give the user a good purchase on the knife, when using it robustly. I opted for the 'red-colored' scaled-version of the blade. Over-all the knife is about a half inch shorter, than my comparable 'Victorinox' model. Yet, it features most of tool selection a suburbanite would need, who occaisionally ventures afield. The 'Phillips' head screwdriver will probably see more action than a 'corkscrew' on my other knife, but who knows? The main blade is pretty close in size to the trimmer Victorinox, with a little more belly to it. All the implements snap open-and-shut with authority, and no wobble is apparent anywhere. On Wenger's: the pen-knife blade is unsharpened, as is the awl. Also, the toothpick/tweezers are planted underneath the scales. As with all 'Swiss Army' knives: a ring-bail is added for keychain, or belt-hook attachment. This model feels very solid, and has tasteful accoutrements. This blade would be a welcome addition to anyone's kit. Recommended.

good craft knife Review by Florida resident

This is my first Swiss Army knife and I love it! I'm 12 and am always making stuff out of cardboard and duct tape. VERY good quality, it is very sturdy and doesn't wobble like some of the cheaper knives I have. It has an EXTREMELY sharp bade and cuts well. The scissors are nice for cardstock and paper but not much else and the wood saw cuts through PVC cleanly. Very impressed and would recomend to craftsmen and "backyard inventors". :)
