The Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 3-1/4 inch Paring Knife features a Classic Rosewood handle. As with all Victorinox knives, the handle is ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension and provides a natural fit.

Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

This classic paring knife with its tapered tip is perfect for carving out the eye of a potato or the blemishes on a peach.

I bought 3 of these 3 1/4" paring knives, for me, my wife and daughter-in-law. We all love them. The size and style are perfect. We use them almost every day. Over Thanksgiving my Daughter-in-law could`nt find hers after we went home. She called us to see if we took it. LOL...She searched the whole kitchen and said she could`nt find it and asked me to order her another one. She finally called us and said she found it, in the sheath that she keeps it in. It`s our favorite knife. Get one.
