This knife is next to perfection in design and function. My most used functions are the blades and the pliers. This knife has come to the rescue on more occasions than could be listed. The pliers are strong and I use them constantly.

I was given this knife for my 30th birthday by my wife with an engraving that says "Love" just before her hame. -She couldn't have chosen a better gift to remind me of her almost daily in a positive way.

I won't leave home without patting my pocket to check to be sure its always with me. I own hundreds of knives - both more and less expensive. This one however, is my constant companion.

Best knife in my opinion for under $50 Review by Michael

At a great price, this knife is a must have. I am disappointed that this knife wasn't easy to find as it has exactly everything I wanted. I received this knife when I was 13 for Easter and have used it everyday since. The pliers are extremely useful and are not as common as they should be in Swiss Army knives. The large screwdriver on the bottle opener is great for prying. I am not sure how to use the wire stripper though and the wire crimplers aren't very useful. The wire cutters can be found by opening up the pliers all the way, exposing a notch, which is the wire cutter. I have yet to use the multi-purpose hook.

I have not utilized everything this knife was designed to do. However, everything I used it for it did what I needed, when I needed it and as expected or better than what I thought it could do. Definately a practical tool for tinkering or on the spot necessity, I did not see the wire cutter on the wrench but once known, a fine piece of tool. Learn all you can with Swiss Army and all its affiliates, you will find everything you need in a knife with them.

this one has came in handy more then i thought it would, helped in a major part in putting together my sons crib, and helped me last week when i had to do some engin work on my 1986 truck...AAA+++++ this is one you have to get....ill never switch
