125 Years Old and Still Innovating. When the Swiss Army signed its first contract with Master Cutler Karl Elsner, it wasn't just acquiring a knife. What got the attention of the Swiss Army, all those years ago, was innovation.

In 1891 that innovation took the form of the first multi-functional Soldier Knife to be developed in Switzerland, complete with blade, punch, screwdriver and can opener. Through the decades, Victorinox has evolved from a single inspired original to a product line that today includes over 100 styles. The 125th Anniversary Collection celebrates this innovation with commemorative versions of some of the best hits, as well as the Heritage Knife, an elegant collectible inspired by the original Victorinox Soldier knife from the 19th century.
