The 2.5" Folding-Blade Baker's, or Twine Knife by Victorinox features a serrated, curved blade and a red alox (aluminum oxide) handle.
Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.
The folding blade of this 2.5" serrated twine knife easily slices through twine, and is also used by bakers to score the top of bread before baking.

Rating I was being trained as the Bread Baker at a Meijer Store in Carmel Indiana. My trainer was very good at his job and at the end of my training he gave me a Bread Knife from Swiss Army. This knife has come in more handy than any other knife I've owned and the design and durability of it was second to no other small pocket knife I've ever used! Closes easy and stays closed in pocket or shirt but be warned, you can forget about this knife if you don't remember to check your pockets?!!
